How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, but delivery may vary depending on what time of day an order is placed, day of the week and stock levels. On average, your package will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number via the email address you provided to us when you make the order.

Can I return my order?

Yes, however, we do not encourage our customers to return any cosmetics, hair products, or food products unless it is damaged and/or has expired. In conditions of damage or expiration, you are eligible for a return within 10 days of purchase by sending your request to online@smcosmetics.com.au. You are required to present proof of damage such as a photo of affected part or expiry dates along with your request.

Please note that, if you are returning more than one order at different times, these items must be sent back separately for our Returns Team to accurately process.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if not dispatched. If you’ve had a change of mind once your order is in transit, please follow our terms and conditions of return policy.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do. We have a wholesale warehouse located at 14, Sara Grove, Tottenham VIC 3012, Australia. Collection is available from 9:00am-5:00 pm Monday-Saturday. Please contact us before you come to the
store for wholesale orders collection.

The product I have received is damaged and/or defective, what do I do?

Call our Customer Service Centre within 24hrs. Have your order number, evidence of items damaged / defective pre-delivery ready. Our customer service team are keen to solve issues for you.

What is the most popular product for curly hair?

The optimum products to activate or keep your curls depend on the texture of your hair. We have a wide range of products which are suitable for curly hair. Among them, our Cantu products are more popular for this purpose as they are sulfate and/or paraben free.

Can I change my order once I place an order?

Yes, you can change your order if we have not processed and shipped it. Once it is processed, please check our return policy for further decisions to be made by you.
