Mamay Pty Ltd/SM Cosmetics can ship your purchased products Australia wide using different couriers. For more details refer our how to ship page. We may also ship overseas via DHL. However, Mamay Pty Ltd/SM Cosmetics is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The customer remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
The products you may purchase from our website are intended for personal use. However, you may open a wholesale account if you would like to resell the products you purchase from Mamay Pty Ltd/SM Cosmetics.
Mamay Pty Ltd/SM Cosmetics will process order placed within 2 days of purchase completion. However, Mamay Pty Ltd/SM Cosmetics may reserve the right to refuse or reduce quantity of the order for some reasons such as stock issues.
