SM Cosmetics would like to request its esteemed clients to review carefully the following questions and answers and check if they are eligible before they apply for return of goods purchased.
We do not encourage our customers to return any cosmetics, hair products, or food products unless it is damaged and/or has expired. In conditions of damage or expiration, you are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase via our website or by sending your request to online@smcosmetics.com.au. You are required to present proof of damage such as a photo of affected part or and/or expiry dates along with your application.
Please note, if you are returning multiple items from different orders, these items must be sent back separately in order for our Returns Team to accurately process them.
If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, you are required to resend without opening within 7 days reception. We are not liable to postal or other freight expenses paid for returning the products you purchased.
If you encounter some allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. You are eligible to return a product so long as it is used less than 10% and exchange it with other suitable product. Freight expenses to your exchange product is expected to be covered by you.
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't automatically return the item until we've had a discussion with you!
1. Filling application form
To request a return, please fill out the return form from our website and/or contact our customer service through online@smcosmetics.com.au.
Please note that submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. It is also important to note that we only process returns for requests that we have determined and notified you as eligible.
2. When to get a reply for a return
One of our Customer Service team members will contact you via email or phone with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Packing & Sending
You are required to pack and send the parcel as per the directions of SM Cosmetics by booking recommended couriers. If necessary, SM Cosmetics may facilitate booking of returning products by its own staff.
4. When can be decision notified
We will notify you the decision of our team on the return within 7 business days receiving the product. We do not encourage refund, but we may exchange with undamaged or up to date product depending on the outcome of our investigation. In rare circumstances, you could be also eligible for a refund.
We will inform you shortly after your return is complete.
