Hot pepper (Mitimita) is a piping hot African seasoning often used in Ethiopian and Eritrean cooking, which is quite a bit spicier than berbere spice. Mitmita blends can include dried chilies pepper along with Ethiopian cardamom, cumin seeds, green cardamom, black pepper, allspice, dried ginger, dried garlic, cloves, cinnamon and coarse salt. Our product is prepared in Addiss Ababa, Ethiopia.
